Leaving any relationship is difficult. Leaving a bad one isn't necessarily any easier. It often takes as much resourcefulness, energy, and strength to stay in a bad relationship as it does to leave. People need people, but sometimes the cost is a heavy one. 

When it's a toxic relationship, the breakage can be far-reaching. A bad relationship may consist of your joy feels stolen,sadness, you just feel bad all the time. 

A thing that you can do is to keep  a record of how you feel in the relationship, the good, and the bad. If writing isn't your thing, write down how you feel every day, take a photo of our face at the same time every day. You'll see it in your eyes. 

You matter, your needs matter. They always has.That will mean putting yourself first on your list.

Take a healthy adjustment to an unhealthy situation. In most relationships one person may be the person that reach and the other person retreats. In unhealthy relationships the roles stay the same. But in healthy relationships, there is balance or the roles are shift around. 

Be honest what you want from the relationship. Whatever you choose to do, do it from a place of strength,not from a place of helplessness. Remember not making a decision is making a decision. 


At the end of the day fight for you the way you would fight for anyone you love, boldly and bravely.

Let's imagine a student offering a commitment to attain straight A's but not devoting themselves to their studies. What is the commitment? It is really nothing but lip service. Why? Because the student did not devote themselves to achieving the goal. 

What happen if we prioritized our intimate relationships over the less important things that seem to get in the way. Most couples don't talk about their issues because they don't feel like they have time. Most don't have a date night. They may say that life has gotten to busy. 

3 things that may happen when you don't make time to discuss issues:

1. Divorce or No more relationship 
2.Falling out of love
3. An affair

Let's say a couple says they have a lifetime commitment together, that statement is telling you something important about a strong level of intention and commitment that they have. 

If you are seeing someone and considering a future together, ask yourself if you see evidence that they can put aside what they want at times for what is best for you. 

If you are looking for love and commitment. Don't miss out on signals and red flags. Sometimes love is blind. So make sure to take the person around trusted friends or family. They will let you know what they see.

For some people, happiness doesn't seem to last long before a return to less positive thoughts and feelings. Negative events tend to stay longer with everyone than happy ones. 

To take control of negative thoughts:

Stay rational. Don't let negative thoughts get the better of you. Use the energy to find solutions. 

Stop get out of my mind negative thought:

When you notice an negative thought is trying to hang in your mind. Try to say stop get out of my mind negative thought. You have to speak to your mind. Remember it is your mind and you are in control of it. 

Have you ever Judged yourself?We all do at times.Usually unconsciously, we must stop comparing our lives to other people. That causes dissatisfaction.When you start letting go of judgment you will eventually feel more at ease. 

Get out the house. Isolation at times causes depression. Thought awareness and replacement are two parts of overcoming negative thoughts.

SELF AWARENESS CHANGES YOUR LIFE. WHAT IS SELF AWARENESS- CONSCIOUS KNOWLEDGE OF ONE'S OWN CHARACTER, FEELINGS, MOTIVES, AND DESIRES.
