When you avoid a feared object or situation, your anxiety gains strength while you lose some. Face your fear and master your fear. Practice mastering difficulty, without mastery, confidence is less likely to rise. 

Let's say you are scared of cats, you will have to be around cats so you can overcome your fear. 

It is not easy to do, you may began to feel anxiety. But stay in the situation, stay with the heightened fear until it begins to subside. It will subside, it must by design. 

Confronting your fear, repeatedly helps develop skills and mastery, which decreases the chance of failure. 

EVERY TIME YOU CONFRONT YOUR FEAR YOU GAIN POWER! 

YOUR ANXIETY DON'T HAVE STRENGTH OVER YOU!


Don't back down from your fear. When you face it. You will be so proud of yourself. An you will feel a sense of accomplishment and empowerment. 

REMEMBER WHENEVER YOU FEEL FEAR, SWITCH IT OVER TO WHAT YOU ARE GRATEFUL FOR INSTEAD! 

Eagles love a storm. That means they face adversity or fear head on. When clouds gather the eagle gets excited. The eagle uses the storm winds to push it higher. Once it finds the wing of the storm, the eagle uses the raging storm to lift them above the clouds. Use the storms of life to push you to greater heights.

Self-discipline is a critical part of achieving success in life. 

Focus on the habits and routines required to accomplish your goals. 

2 Examples:

Losing weight- Start with doing 5 push-ups, walking one lap around the park

Stop smoking- Stay away from people that smoke, use the patch


Change your mind from thinking in terms of a short term mindset more towards a long term mindset. 

Organize your life, schedule things on your calendar. Organizing your life will help you to develop self discipline. 

Take control of your environment. If you really want to change your circumstances in life. You must embrace change. You must hold on to change. You must do all you can to change. 

Change takes place if you like it or not. You will get older, Your body will change, Seasons will change. So you must learn how to adjust to change. 

Take control of your environment. If we are to change our circumstances in life. You may have to change the people you associate with, are your physical environment.  

Those in life that do not have any self-discipline. They do not have any true direction in life. 


They build a house without bricks! When you Master Self you will Master Life. 

To be the master of your own self is to fully understand who you really are. How to look within and see the guiding light within. Take full responsibility of your own life. Accept what is and know when to allow things to unfold in your own time.

When we are experiencing doubts, it's easy to feel like we have no power, it's easy to feel like we don't have a choice. But we do. 

At times you can be totally uninspired, and you don't know how to make yourself feel otherwise. 


MAKE HARD LOOK EASY 


When I make a choice to do something. I really try not to think about how difficult it is.  I just think about how good it must feel to accomplish that goal. 

THINGS THAT DON'T MATTER (STOP CARING)

Get rid of things you know that you don't care about. Doing things that don't mean anything costs us a great deal of mental energy. 

REJOICE WHEN YOU WIN 

You need more wins in your life. Start acknowledging all the good you are doing. Treat yourself with small things. Stop focusing on the long term payoff. Focus on the little wins. No one builds a house in a day. Stop being so hard on yourself. 

NO ONE IS PERFECT. JUST DO YOUR BEST!

Remember that if you are climbing a ladder without anyone’s help, you’ll always have the fear of falling badly and hurting yourself. Instead, if you are climbing with others, you know that there are people to hold you if you fall and that in itself will give you a sense of security. 


Focus on things that make you happy, but also be on the lookout for new adventures.
