Self-discipline is a critical part of achieving success in life. 

Focus on the habits and routines required to accomplish your goals. 

2 Examples:

Losing weight- Start with doing 5 push-ups, walking one lap around the park

Stop smoking- Stay away from people that smoke, use the patch


Change your mind from thinking in terms of a short term mindset more towards a long term mindset. 

Organize your life, schedule things on your calendar. Organizing your life will help you to develop self discipline. 

Take control of your environment. If you really want to change your circumstances in life. You must embrace change. You must hold on to change. You must do all you can to change. 

Change takes place if you like it or not. You will get older, Your body will change, Seasons will change. So you must learn how to adjust to change. 

Take control of your environment. If we are to change our circumstances in life. You may have to change the people you associate with, are your physical environment.  

Those in life that do not have any self-discipline. They do not have any true direction in life. 


They build a house without bricks! When you Master Self you will Master Life. 

To be the master of your own self is to fully understand who you really are. How to look within and see the guiding light within. Take full responsibility of your own life. Accept what is and know when to allow things to unfold in your own time.
