Having a great breakfast will help your body stay energized throughout the day and get you ready for a workout. Breakfast is  so important. When a person does not eat breakfast they starve their bodies and can began to gain wait. 

Focus on eating a solid breakfast like whole grain toast, veggies or fruits and protein.
