Change can bring all emotions up and dread is one of them. Life keeps moving and we are either going with it or defeated. Sometimes we have to step back to move forward. Change is like medicine that you may not like. But you receive a good result from taking it. 

Change can be painful, but it causes you to grow. Be open to new changes, and become more open to the unexpected gems that is before you. We all need help at times. The strength you build up now will help in the future. 

We cannot control the events of change in our life, but we can control how we react to the impact that these events have on our lives.

Eat a healthy lifestyle
Exercise regularly
Get enough sleep

Have you ever felt your heart beating fast because of a stressful situation. Have you ever been overwhelmed with a task and your palms began to sweat. I know what it's like to deal with anxiety. I have had panic attacks, been anxious. So I do understand your struggle. And at times I still deal with it. 

Look at yourself. We all have things that trigger our Anxiety. When something triggers your anxiety write it down on paper. 

Try breathing in for 4 counts and breathing out for 4 counts for 5 minutes total. By evening out your breath, you’ll slow your heart rate which should help calm you down.

Aromatherapy is thought to help activate certain receptors in your brain, potentially easing anxiety.
